Welcome to Lux Lane. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Contract & Providers

Lux Lane acts as an intermediary between you (the passenger) and a local chauffeur service provider. Each booking constitutes a contract for the benefit of third parties: the provider is responsible for performing the transportation. Lux Lane is not the direct carrier.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be prepaid or guaranteed via accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if payment fails or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel or modify a booking free of charge up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Passenger & Luggage Limits

Vehicle capacities for passengers and luggage must not be exceeded for safety. If you are uncertain, book a higher class.

5. Delays & Wait Time

Chauffeurs will wait for up to 15 minutes at no extra cost (for city pickups). Additional waiting time may incur charges.

6. Liability & Insurance

The provider must maintain appropriate insurance and adhere to local laws. Lux Lane disclaims liability beyond facilitating the service.

7. Amendments

Lux Lane may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective for new bookings from the date of posting.
