Six steps, all of them online

    Choose your service

    A one-way transfer between two addresses, or hourly hire when you want the car and driver at your disposal.

    Enter the journey

    Pickup address, destination, date and time. Airport pickups take a flight number so we can track it.

  3. 3

    Pick the car

    EQE, EQS or EQV, with the price for each shown side by side. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and it already includes VAT, road tolls and waiting time.

    Add your details

    Name, email and phone. No account is required — a transfer is a one-off purchase, so we do not ask you to register to buy one.

  5. 5

    Pay by card

    Payment is taken securely online and the price is fixed at that moment. Confirmation arrives by email straight away with your journey and driver details.

    Travel

    Your driver meets you at the pickup point — at airports, in arrivals with a name board — and takes you door to door.

    Trained, identity- and background-checked, and presented the way the car deserves.

    All three sit inside the quoted price. The figure you see before booking is the figure you pay.

  • Flight tracking

    A delayed flight moves your pickup automatically, and costs you nothing extra.

  • Bottled water and meet-and-greet

    Your driver is waiting at the pickup point, name board in hand, before you arrive.

Booking ahead

Book at least 3 hours before pickup. Ski luggage, child seats or anything else you need — tell us when you book and we will send a car with the space and equipment for it.
